Payton Lynn Brown would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of her parents Chelsey Kay Carter and Isaac Matthew Brown.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Thomas and Trisa Carter of Chrisney.
She is a graduate of Heritage Hills High School and is a student and homemaker.
Mr. Brown is the son of Todd and Tammy Brown of Grandview.
He is a graduate of South Spencer High School and is employed by Sara Lee.
The couple will be wed Oct. 8 in a private ceremony.
