Aliya Raye Truax

Dave and Annette Truax of Mariah Hill announce the birth of their third child, a daughter, Aliya Raye Truax, Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at 2:57 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.

She is welcomed home by two brothers, Trae, 41⁄2 and Lincoln, 2.
Grandparents are Ray and Sylvia Kern of Mariah Hill and John and Beth Truax of Spencer. Great-grandparents are Pauline Kern of Mariah Hill and Julian and Faye Duling and Margaret Soots of Spencer.
Aliya was baptized at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Mariah Hill Jan. 8 by Deacon Jim Woebkenberg. Godparents are Erin Truax of Spencer and Kevin Kern of Mariah Hill.
